Join local vexillologist, Charles Ebbinghaus, who will present a guided tour through his collection of historical American flags. Charles and his wife, Jude will be dressed in period clothing as he explains the significance and symbolism of the emblems found on the dozens of flags used from 1775 through the Civil War. A free tour brochure is available to identify and explain each flag, and families and individuals are encouraged to test their flag knowledge.

This program is free and no registration is required.  The flags will be displayed throughout the library from June 1st to June 20th.
